| AFP Files Amicus Brief on School Finance Bill with Texas Supreme Court |
| AFP and our members have taken off the Gloves! We are fighing fire with fire. We have filed an Amicus Brief on the school finance legislation citing fraud, waste and abuse in the public school system. We have filed a lawsuit against public entities lobbying with taxpayer dollars to get more of our dollars. We are asking for Ethics opinions and Attorney General Opinions. One of our members has filed a first amendment lawsuit citing Texas Association of School Boards Policies for disallowing school employees the right to speak at open school board memtings.
